June 2026 Impact Report

A month of community, connection, and giving back.

At Mattenga's, pizza has always been about more than great food. It's about bringing people together, supporting our neighbors, and giving back to the communities that have supported us. Throughout June, we had the opportunity to connect with local organizations, schools, youth sports teams, and businesses, continuing our commitment to making a positive impact one pizza at a time.

Celebrating Our 8th Location

One of the biggest highlights of the month was the grand opening of Mattenga's eighth location at New Braunfels Marketplace on June 20.

We were grateful to celebrate this milestone with our families, friends, neighbors, and guests whose support over the past 12 years has made moments like this possible.

Located at 675 N Business I-35, New Braunfels, TX, our newest restaurant is another step toward serving more communities across Texas. As we continue to grow, our mission remains the same: to build the most loved pizzeria in Texas—one relationship, one pizza, and one community at a time.

Supporting Young Athletes

Community sports help young athletes build confidence, teamwork, and lifelong friendships. This month, we were honored to provide a pizza donation to the McAllister Park Little League 11U Girls Softball All-Star Team. Being part of their journey and celebrating their hard work was a privilege.

We also proudly supported the BVYA 10U Girls All Star Gold and BVYA 10U All-Star Blue teams with a pizza donation. As these talented young athletes continue to grow, compete, and represent their community, we're grateful to play a small role in encouraging their success. We wish both teams the very best throughout their seasons.

Giving Back in New Braunfels June marked an exciting milestone as we celebrated the opening of Mattenga's at New Braunfels Marketplace, our second location in New Braunfels. As we continue to grow, giving back remains one of our highest priorities.

To celebrate this new chapter, we had the pleasure of providing lunch for the incredible team at New Braunfels Youth Collaborative and Candlewood Suites New Braunfels by IHG.

Investing in Education

Supporting education is another important part of our community mission. This month, we donated pizza to Northwest Vista College for a campus event, helping bring students together while supporting a fun and engaging school experience.

We're proud to partner with educational institutions that inspire learning, growth, and student success throughout our communities.

Serving Our Community in New Ways Community support comes in many forms, including finding simple ways to introduce more people to Mattenga's. Throughout June, we continued delivering complimentary pizzas to hotel front desks, creating opportunities for employees and travelers to discover their new favorite local pizza while providing a small gesture of appreciation to hospitality teams.
