Strengthening Our Community

July was an exciting month as we continued celebrating the opening of our newest restaurant at New Braunfels Marketplace, our eighth Mattenga's location. Beyond serving great pizza, we spent the month building relationships with local businesses, organizations, and neighbors who have welcomed us into the community with open arms.

Our initial community engagement, featuring a sponsored lunch, was with the amazing team at Sundance Print Centers in New Braunfels. We appreciate the warm reception and are eager to serve the New Braunfels community for many years ahead.

Another memorable milestone came when NB AJAX Soccer Club became the very first organization to host a Spirit Night at our New Braunfels Marketplace location.

This event marked the beginning of what we hope will be many meaningful partnerships that bring families, schools, and local organizations together. We sincerely appreciate NB AJAX Soccer Club for helping make this occasion so special.

We were also able to sponsor lunch for the teams at Bluebonnet Motors (RAM) in New Braunfels, Hilton Garden Inn New Braunfels, Inka Motors NB, and Texas Quality Motors.

This was yet another fantastic opportunity to engage with local businesses and express our gratitude for welcoming Mattenga's into the neighborhood. Each meal shared brings us closer to becoming an integral part of this expanding community.

Supporting Organizations That Make a Difference

Throughout July, we continued our commitment to giving back by providing sponsored pizza to organizations that serve others every day.

We were honored to support the dedicated staff at Wellington Estates, recognizing their compassion and commitment to caring for their community. We also treated the team at Timeless Event Planning as a small thank-you for the hard work they put into creating memorable experiences for others.

Education remained an important focus as we partnered with The Winston School San Antonio, helping support the incredible work they do for their students and families.

We were also grateful for the opportunity to provide pizza donation to Journey Fellowship, an organization committed to bringing people together and strengthening relationships within the community.

Supporting those who serve others is an important part of who we are. That is why we were proud to provide sponsored pizza for Soldiers' Angels, helping support an organization dedicated to serving military members, veterans, and their families.

In addition, we were pleased to support several other outstanding organizations throughout the month, including Texas Diaper Bank, BASIS San Antonio Jack Lewis Jr., and MFCPA P.C. Each organization plays an important role in strengthening our community, and we are thankful to contribute in a small way to the work they do.

The best guest experiences are made possible by leaders who work as one team. Throughout July, our leadership group invested in collaboration, continuous improvement, and strategic planning to support long-term success.

Growing Our Community Impact

As Mattenga's continues to grow, so does our commitment to the communities we proudly serve. From welcoming new neighbors to supporting local schools, nonprofits, churches, and businesses, we're dedicated to building relationships that go beyond great pizza.
